We are lucky enough to be currently having brilliant coaching to improve our athletics skills. Today we covered Shot Put, Javelin and Discus throwing. It is amazing how the coach get the kids from 0 to hero in all aspects so quickly. Clear, easy and simple instructions that work well. Everyone in Room 8 was amazing. Will be a great athletics day this year.
